Police file murder case

Kathmandu, March 22:

Kathmandu District Police Office Hanumandhoka today filed a murder case against Umesh Limbu and Raju Gorkhali, on charge of murdering Rakesh Limbu, proprietor of Babylon Discothèque. The police have demanded 20-year-jail terms for both of the accused under the Muluki Ain (Civil Code). The police had arrested Limbu 18 days ago. Raju Gorkhali, however, is yet to be arrested. Responding to the case, Bishwombhar Prasad Shrestha, has sent Limbhu into custody till the final decision on the case is reached as per Section 118 of the Muluki Ain.
