Kathmandu, April 14:

Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party Pashupati Shumsher JB Rana said his party has assessed the holding of the CA polls as a positive step towards institutionalising the peace process.

He said the election has played a crucial role to move ahead the peace process. It has become crystal clear that the government could not fulfil the responsibility of accomplishing the epoch-making election in a free, fair and impartial manner, stated in a press release issued today by Rana.

Rana also thanked all the RPP cadres and voters, who stood in favour of party amid abduction, intimidation and booth capture. Rana asked RPP cadres to be committed to safeguard national sovereignty and integrity.
