KATHMANDU, JANUARY 1
President Ram Chandra Paudel administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly appointed ambassadors during a special ceremony held today at Sheetal Niwas, the President's Office in Maharajgunj.
Five ambassadors appointed to represent Nepal in Portugal, Malaysia, South Africa, Belgium, and Denmark took the oath during the event.
The newly appointed ambassadors are:
- Prakashmani Poudel: Ambassador to Portugal
- Dr. Netra Prasad Timilsina: Ambassador to Malaysia
- Prof. Dr. Kapilman Shrestha: Ambassador to South Africa
- Sewa Lamsal: Ambassador to Belgium
- Sumnima Tuladhar: Ambassador to Denmark
