President Ram Chandra Paudel has called for attention to the treatment of those injured in the Jajarkot earthquake.
In a meeting with Health Minister Mohan Bahadur Basnet at Rastrapati Bhawan Sheetal Niwas earlier today, the President urged the Minister to pay attention to the injured, who are currently undergoing treatment at various hospitals across the country and to make arrangements for more effective treatment, according to the Private Secretariat of the President.
President Paudel emphasized that the government should make every possible effort to streamline the medical treatment process for the injured, making it easier and more effective.
He also pointed out the risk of potential disease outbreaks during the onset of winter and urged the Health Minister to address this concern
