KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has donated Rs 300,000 to the Raute community, a tribal community living in jungles of Far-Western Region, in Baluwatar on Friday.

The amount was handed over to the community's chieftain by PM's personal secretary Ramesh Bhattarai.

The Raute leader had gone to meet the PM at his official residence.

Earlier, on Friday the PM had gifted clothes and shoes to the community.
