KATHMANDU: Property worth Rs 39,000 was stolen from the house of Narayan Maharjan at Naikap-6 on Friday. According to police, house members were away when a group of thieves took away one colour television set and other valuables. Elsewhere in Kathmandu, cash and valuables were stolen from the rented room in Manamaijubahal. Police said Rs 3,200 in cash and other valuables amounting to Rs 28,000 were stolen from the house.
