KATHMANDU: Property worth Rs 471,000 has been stolen from Rosyo Typical Nepali Cousin Restaurant at New Baneshwor Chok, KMC-34 on Tuesday.

The restaurant was operated by Anand Bahadur Chand (39) of Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City-2.

An unidentified group of thieves broke into the unattended restaurant and decamped with 75 pieces of brass plates, 200 pieces of brass spoons and 20 pieces of brass bowls, according to police.

Further investigation is underway.
