KATHMANDU: Property worth 707,000 was stolen from a guest house in Chabahil of Kathmandu on Saturday.

A gang broke into an unattended room on the first floor of Lumbini Guest House and Bhojanalaya operated by Janak Pandey in Chabahil and made off with Rs 5,000 and gold ornaments weighing 13 tola, police said.

While looking for the suspects, police are investigating into the case.
