Dahal to consult former PMs, experts before China visit

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal will consult his predecessors and other experts before embarking on a China visit on Thursday, the PM's Secretariat informed.

The meeting will take place at 9 am at the PM's official residence in Baluwatar, according to Dahal's press advisor Govinda Acharya.

Dahal is scheduled to leave for the northern neighbour tomorrow night to take part in the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2017.

The PM's Secretariat said Dahal would seek suggestions from former PMs and experts for bilateral and multilateral meetings.

The PM is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with the Chinese President Xi Jinping during the trip.

Meanwhile, the PM has called a Cabinet meeting for this evening to finalise agendas of his trip.
