RCCC not to move SC
Kathmandu, September 12:
The Royal Commission for Corruption Control (RCCC) today told its spokesperson and Investigation Officer Prem Raj Karki not to move the apex court challenging its verdict on Prime Minister’s Relief Fund case. The RCCC, two month ago, had given a clean chit to former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and other six former ministers in a case related to use of the fund. “The commission today ordered me not to move the Supreme Court citing confusions over its appeal rights against its own verdict,” Karki said.
