KATHMANDU: Professors and staffers of Research Centre for Applied Science and Technology (RECAST), Tribhuvan University have indefinitely padlocked the organisation beginning Thursday. Issuing a statement, Sajani Shrestha of the struggle committee formed to revitalise the organisation accused the executive director of inaction in formulating policies, regulations and modalities necessary for bringing external sources to conduct research projects. She also accused the official of not maintaining transparency in works.
