RPP-N informs CA Chair of party’s decision to pull out of statute process

KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal (RPP-N) has formally informed the Constituent Assembly (CA) Chairman Subas Chandra Nembang that it pulled out of the constitution writing process.

The party’s central working committee meeting had decided to boycott the constitution drafting process, informed party’s General Secretary Rajaram Shrestha.

After the decision, RPP-Nepal chief whip Dilnath Giri met CA Chairman Nemabang and informed the party’s decision to pull out of the CA.

Giri handed over a letter to the CA Chairman informing the party’s latest move saying that the party took such a decision as none of the agendas raised by the party were addressed.
