KATHMANDU: A rusted pistol was recovered from bottom of a well while cleaning the water source in Kalanki, KMC-14 on Thursday.

The pistol which could hold six rounds of bullets was found on bottom of the well owned by Sukadev Pathak.

The pistol looks like a homemade one, according to police.

A team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Kalimati, has taken the pistol and further investigation is underway, police said.
