The Supreme Court (SC) has announced that hearings on petitions related to Habeas Corpus will be conducted during the Tihar festival holidays as well.
The SC will remain open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm from November 12 until the Tihar festival holidays, excluding Bhai Tika on November 15.
According to the notice issued by the SC Administration on Friday, the hearings for Habeas Corpus petitions will be conducted in accordance with Article 26 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073.
