KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday scheduled that it would issue its final verdict on the move of President Dr Ram Baran Yadav over the reinstatement of the then Chief of Army Staffs (CoAS) Rookmangud Katawal, on April 13. Following the completion of the hearing that began five months back, a division bench of Justices Damodar Prasad Sharma and Rajendra Prasad Koirala fixed the date to pronounce the verdict. The president had reinstated Katawal after the decision of the Council of Ministers led by the then Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ to sack the then CoAS.
