KATHMANDU: Inspector General Police Upendra Kant Aryal met acting Inspector General of Armed Police Force Durja Kumar Rai at the APF Headquarters, Halchowk, on Tuesday. The meeting comes amid souring relations between the two security agencies over their jurisdictions. Despite being separate organisations, both share a common agenda and interest, said IGP Aryal. He also pledged to work in collaboration with the APF, apart from strengthening the ties between the two security agencies. AIGs of both the organisations were also present at the meeting.
