Orthodontic conference

KATHMANDU: Orthodontic and Dentofacial Orthopedic Association of Nepal is organising second South Asia Orthodontic Conference from May 16 to 17 in Kathmandu.

The first such conference was held at AIIMS, New Delhi, in 2010. More than 300 orthodontists from South Asian countries and abroad and eminent speakers from 17 different countries will be delivering scientific lectures at the conference.

According to the organisers, more than 20 doctors from Bangladesh, 15 doctors from Sri Lanka, 15 from Thailand, three from Bhutan and 40 from India will participate in the conference.

Doctors from Taiwan, China, Philippines, Singapore ,Pakistan and Australia will take part in the conference, organisers said.
