Kathmandu, March 20:

A three-day seminar on mind management to improve the physical and mental health, to achieve peace to mind and to do away with spiritual ignorance for the officers of Rastriya Banijya Bank began here today.

The seminar organised by the bank, with initiation from its CEO BF Handerson, is being coordinated by management guru and executive director of Indian Institute of Mind Management Acharya Shree Dhruv. According to Shree Dhruv some 40 people are participating the seminar.

He said Bramha Sutra Dhyan, the divine path, is being practiced for the sole development of all human beings.

According to Shree Dhruv of the Universal Spiritual Centre, the centre has been giving spiritual seminars for the mental, physical and religious health and self-development of prisoners, police personnel and people from different organisations for the last five years.
