Kathmandu, May 12:

A tanker knocked a person to death on the Dhungedhara road on Monday, the police said. The deceased has been identified as Kedar Adhikari, 32, of Makawanpur.

The tanker then hit a tree, which fell upon a Tata mobile van. The Tata van then rammed into a bus. Driver of the tanker, who was injured in the multiple accidents, has been undergoing treatment at the Bir Hospital. The accident was caused due to brake failure, the police said.
