KATHMANDU: A teenage boy was injured after a tipper hit him in Chabahil of Kathmandu on Wednesday.

The pedestrian, whose identity is yet to be established, appears to be in his late teens.

He was hit by the tipper (Ba 2 Kha 7573) in front of the Charumati Stupa.

The victim is being treated at the nearby Helping Hands Community Hospital.

The Metropolitan Police Circle in Gaushala has impounded the vehicle and arrested the involved driver for further investigation.
