KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs 138,000 was reportedly stolen from a rented room in Talchikhel of Lalitpur Metropolitan City-14 on Tuesday.

According to police, an unidentified gang broke into an unattended room rented by Rabindra Dawadi and made off with a laptop, jewelleries and Rs 25,000 cash.

Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway and search is on for the absconding perpetrators, said police.
