KATHMANDU: A person was reportedly arrested red handed while breaking the padlock of a mobile shop in Sunrise Chowk of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32 on Wednesday, police said.

The arrested has been identified as Buddhi Tamang of Mahadevsthan Municipality-9 in Kavre district.

Tamang was nabbed while he was cutting open the padlock of roller shutter gate at the Fox Mobile Centre owned by Dinesh Tiwari, according to Police, today.

The investigating into the case is underway, informed police.
