Top leaders meeting at Baluwatar

KATHMANDU: Top leaders of three major parties, including Nepali Congress President and Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and UCPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, are holding a meeting at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar.

They are said to be discussing to how bring the Madhesi parties to dialogue.

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Koirala had  reached out to Madhesi leaders and use urged him to come for talks to resolve the issues peacefully.

In response, they had demanded a concrete roadmap from the side of state and major parties.

Considering the domestic situation, Koirala called off his trip to New York yesterday.
