KATHMANDU: Nepal Police's Central Investigation Bureau arrested two persons in possession of a rhino horn from Kaushaltar of Bhaktapur.

The suspects 23-year-old Sameer Waiba of Deurali, Devichaur-7 of Lalitpur and 21-year-old Niran Lama of Kanpur-5 of Kavre were arrested on Monday after receiving a tip-off on smuggling of the protected mammal's horn and its potential trade.

They were sent to the Bhaktapur District Forests Office for further investigation and action.
