UML forms panel to guide coalition govt

KATHMANDU: Standing committee meeting of the ruling CPN-UML formed a four-member panel on Thursday to give guidance to the Madhav Kumar Nepal-led coalition government.

Ishwor Pokharel and secretary Bishnu Poudel were the four members of the panel which is expected to counsel the UML-led government from the party.

The meeting also entrusted party general secretary Pokharel to incorporate suggestions given by the recently held central committee meeting on the division of the party works to the central committee members.

The party has devised 17 departments which will be handled by the central committee

members.
