KATHMANDU: Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Rakesh Sood inaugurated the Indian Visa Service Centre (IVSC) amidst a function at Lainchour in Kathmandu, today.

The IVSC to be managed by Nepal SBI Bank is all set to commence its operations from September 17. The centre would provide prompt and efficient service, Sood said at the function. The IVSC centre is located at Kapurdhara Marg adjacent to the Indian embassy. Shifting the centre to a location outside but adjacent to the embassy premises would make the service hassle-free,the embassy stated.
