Wagle case verdict

Kathmandu: The Special Court is likely to issue its verdict on a corruption case against former minister and NC (D) leader, Chiranjiwi Wagle, soon. The CIAA, in a corruption case against Wagle at the Supreme Court, had accused him of amassing property worth Rs 40 million by abusing his authority. A Bench comprising judges Top Bahadur Magar, Govinda Prasad Parajuli and Bhoopdhoj Adhikary has been hearing the case. Next hearing on the case is slated for Friday. — HNS
