I do not think there is any problem with keeping pedestrians off the footpath adjoining ICC. They can always use the footpath on the other side of the road.

Traffic cops are there to streamline the traffic and make the road-users follow rules and regulations. The footpath adjoining the ICC will remain off limits to the pedestrians till a new provision is enacted. I think people must be aware how important the Constitution Assembly. They should understand why it’s being done and cope up with us.
