KATHMANDU: Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum chairman Upendra Yadav met UCPN-Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal at the latter's residence in Naya Bazaar, Kathmandu on Thursday morning.

According to sources, the duo’s meet comes at a crucial political juncture in the country for the national consensus government to end the political impasse. Both the parties have announced agitation programmes though their demands differ. Meanwhile, a high-level meeting of the Maoists preceded Dahal and Yadav's meet.
