KATHMANDU: A 20-year-old youth was stabbed to death by an unidentified person in Sinagamangal of KMC-25 on Monday night, police said.

The deceased has been identified as Aatish Lama, a permanent resident of Pichhale in Lalitpur district and currently residing in Shankamul of the Capital city.

He had deep wounds on his forehead, neck and stomach, according to police.

Lama, who was rushed to the Bir Hospital for treatment, breathed his last while undergoing treatment.

Meanwhile, police are searching the absconding suspects, further investigation is underway.
