Favourite holiday destination you have been
I am an avid traveller. Any sort of travel excites me. It is hard to pick a favourite; however, my wife and I enjoyed our recent trip to Santorini, Florence and Nice. It was relaxing and beautiful.
Which is your dream destination?
I have quite a few places I would like to visit in the future. Morocco stands out as it seems quite exotic.
Which is your favourite getaway in Nepal?
Nagarkot for the beautiful view, fresh air and its close proximity to Kathmandu
Why should one travel?
Travelling really broadens your horizon. It is an opportunity for you to get away from your hectic, mundane schedule. I am always amazed at how much you can learn from different cultures. To travel is to learn.
What’s your favourite cuisine and why?
Anybody who knows me knows that I am a big foodie. I love to try all sorts of cuisine.
Which is your favourite restaurant in town and why?
I like restaurants that are consistent in taste. Few of the restaurants in town which are consistent are Cibo and Tamura.
One dish you can eat forever and why?
Dal, Bhat and Masu! Nothing beats home food
A dish you would love to cook.
I love to barbeque during my day off.
Your favourite gadgets
I am not much of a gadget person but I enjoy cool stuff like my Microsoft Surface 3. It is convenient for both business and personal use.
What is on your wish list?
Bluesmart suitcase. It is high-tech luggage that self weighs, can be tracked, has a built in charger and a digital lock controlled by an app.
Current wheels and what you like most about it.
Toyota Corolla, it is simple, practical and efficient for Nepal.

The new proposed road linking India, Myanmar and Thailand

Maserati! It is cool, sophisticated and classy.
Sports
Your favourite sport and why
I was on the swimming and basketball team while in school. I prefer swimming as it is relaxing and a complete work out. While I don't get to swim as much as I would like, I do still enjoy the occasional dip.
Your favourite sports person
I use to be a big fan of Michael Jordan and Michael Phelps.
Best book and why?
I am still trying to find more time to read. Out of the best books I have read is ‘Cold Steel’ by Tim Bouquet. It is about a topic I am deeply passionate about: business and steel.
