Heritage activists stage a protest demanding proper restoration of centuries-old Kamal Pokhari, in Kathmandu, on Friday.

Kathmandu Metropolitan City had launched the reconstruction of Kamal Pokhari, amid a function, on July 4, 2019.

Kamal Pokhari is a historic pond located at the heart of the capital city.
