DADELDHURA: A man died and another was severely injured in a jeep accident in Saukhark of Asigram VDC-1 in Dadeldhura district along the Bhimdutta Highway on Monday.

The deceased has been identified as Kul Bahadur Bogati (26) of Marku VDC-2 of Achham district.

According to the District Police Office, Dadeldhura, the passenger-ferrying jeep (Na 3 Cha 4735) fell down 5 metres down the road after sliding down over early morning dew.

The jeep carrying four passengers was heading towards Achham from Dhangadhi.

The DPO further said, Nabraj Bogati, another man severely injured in the incident, is receiving treatment at Dadeldhura Sub-Regional Hospital.
