RAUTAHAT: A person was killed and other 12 were injured in a road accident near Dhansar Bridge along the East-West Highway in Rautahat district this morning, police said.

The accident took place when a bus (Na 5 Kha 272) hit a parked truck at the place.

The deceased is Mina Tamang (27) of Chisapani VDC of Ramechhap district.

Other injured are undergoing treatment at a local hospital. Police suspect the causes behind the accident might be over-speed and foggy weather.
