CHITWAN: As many as 10 passengers were injured when a bus met with an accident at Shivaghat of Bharatpur of Chitwan district on Monday.

According to the District Police Office, the bus (Na 5 Kha 1121) was travelling from Bijayanagar of the district to Narayangadh when the accident occurred.

Police have said that the bus experienced the brake failure and lost control.

The injured have been taken to the College of Medical Sciences in Bharatpur for treatment. Among the 10 injured, one has been said to be critical.

It has been learned that there were 28 people on board the bus.
