JHAPA: In a tragic incident, a toddler here has succumbed to injuries he sustained when he fell from the 6th floor of a residential building.

A 13-month-old, Angel Khatri, son of Khagendra Khatri, of Mechinagar Municipality-10, Jhapa, accidently fell off the window while he was playing in a bed adjacent to it, according to the District Police Office, Jhapa.

The injured infant died on the way to a hospital, police said.
