JHAPA: As many as 17 fuel tankers and 41 heavy trucks entered Nepal via Kakarvitta border point from Monday to Tuesday evening.

Durga Kumar Bhattarai of Mechi Customs Office said that two petrol, 14 diesel and one aviation tankers entered the country.

Bhattarai said 14 tankers carrying petroleum products are on their way to Nepal.

Inspector Basudev Chaudhary at Area Police Office, Kakarvitta said there was no obstruction in the import and export of goods via the eastern Indo-Nepal border point.
