POKHARA: An 18-year-old girl, who was found unconscious near Ratnachaur of Pokhara-7, has died while undergoing treatment this morning.

The girl, a permanent resident of Sardibas in Gorkha, might have been thrashed after being raped, suspected police after recovering her half-naked body from Ratnachaur of Kaski district.

She was taken to the Western Regional Hospital, which had later referred the case to Manipal Teaching Hospital for treatment , said police.

Police are investigating into the case.
