CHITWAN: Two persons were killed when an ambulance collided with a passenger bus in Parsauni, Bharatpur on Saturday night.

The deceased have been identified as Rajja Hajara, 60 and Shree Hajara 40.

The injured are Dhunmun Pasawan, 50, Punat Devi Pasawan, 40, Mumali Hajara, 35, Punban Pasawan, 30 and Mukunda Pasawan, 25 residents of Prasaunivata VDC 2 and Devendra Poudel, a local resident of Bharatpur 12.

The injured are undergoing treatment at Bharatpur Hospital and one of the seriously injured Dhunmunpaswan is undergoing treatment at Bharatpur Medical College.
