SIRAHA:  Police on Saturday night arrested two persons with possession of a pistol and nine rounds of bullets from the Kamala River Bank of Siraha Municipality.

According to SP Shyam Gyawali, the suspects have been identified as Manodin Ansari (21) and Akash Yadav (22) of Mirchaiya Municipality-9.

Gyawali said that the duo were nabbed while they were importing the pistol and bullets from across the border.

Police said that the weapons were confiscated from under the seat of their motorbike (Sa 3 Pa 779)
