BARA: The District Police Office Bara have arrested two youth in possession of 9 kilo gram of hashish from Jeetpur-Simara Sub-Metropolitan City-17 in the district, Friday.

The suspects were made public today at the Bara District Police Office.

Acting on a tip-off, police apprehended 24-year-old Buddi Bahadur Moktan and 26-year-old Ram Bahadur Moktan of Raksirang Rural Municipality-4 in Makwanpur district.

DSP Raj Kumar Baidawar at the District Police Office Bara said the duo would be booked under the Narcotics Drung (Control) Act 1976.

Similarly, police also seized smuggled goods worth Rs 1.15 million in the district recently.

Four smuggled Indian motorcycle, custom invaded clothes worth millions and other items were seized during routine security check in the district.
