269 benefit from free health camp in Lamjung

LAMJUNG: As many as 269 people have benefited from a day-long free health examination and counselling camp organized at Besisahar of Lamjung district on Saturday.

Sunrise Bank in cooperation with Besisahar Hospital Pvt Ltd organised the health campĀ as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR), informed Hospital's chief administrative officer, Ram Basnet

According to Guman Singh Kandel, Chairman of the Besisahar Hospital Management Committee, 77 orthopedic patients, 68 Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) patients, 35 gynaecology patients, 19 children and 70 patients suffering from diabetes, hypertension and thyroid had their health examined at the camp.

Patients from Besisahar, Gaun Sahar, Bhakunde and other places in the district availed of the services from the health camp. Doctors and health workers from Annapurna Children and Women's Hospital, Pokhara provided technical assistance in the camp.
