KATHMANDU: Three persons were injured after two motorbikes collided with each other at Asari Chok in Triyuga Municipality of Udayapur district on Thursday.

The injured have been identified as bike (Sa 4 Pa 6269) rider Puskar Prasad Bhandari (38) of Asari, bike (Ba 24 Pa 5070) rider Mani Kumar Rai (25) and pillion rider Prava Rai (21).

According to police, the bike (Sa 4 Pa 6269) collided head-on with another bike (Ba 24 Pa 5070) at around 8 pm yesterday.

Bhandari is undergoing treatment at the Biratnagar-based Neuro Cardio & Multispeciality Hospital while two others are being treated at the District Hospital.
