DHADING: At least three persons died when a speeding tipper fell off the road in Mahadevbeshi, Thankre of Dhading on Thursday evening.

Three others including an on-duty police constable have sustained injuries in the accident.

The deceased are yet to be identified, but it is learned that they are all male.

The speeding vehicle had collided with a parked microbus before falling off the Prithvi Highway road section at around 6:30 pm today.

All three were killed on the spot.

An eye witness Kishor Thapa said the tipper had crushed six persons after falling off, but three were rescued.

The injured have been rushed to Kathmandu for treatment.
