RAMECHHAP: At least 39 people were injured in a tractor accident in Phurpu VDC of the district on Saturday afternoon.

The tractor (Na 4 4062) was heading to Phurpu from Khimti, carrying around 50 passengers.

Of the injured, three were said to be critical.

They have been taken to Kathmandu for treatment.
