KATHMANDU: The National Seismological Centre recorded a moderate aftershock of the April 25 earthquake at 4:25 pm on Thursday evening.

The aftershock was of local magnitude 4.8, according to NSC.

The epicenter of the moderate tremor was in Sindhupalchok-Tibet border with coordinates 28.06 °N, 85.94 °E.

The tremor was also felt in nearby districts.

No damage has been reported due to tremor.
