BHIMDATTANAGAR: A four-year-old girl was killed on the spot after getting crushed by a bus in Bhimdattanagar of Kanchanpur district on Tuesday evening.

Police identified the deceased as Pinki Bengali, who belongs to a family of Indian origin, currently residing in the Old Bus Park area of Bhimdattanagar.

The bus ran over the minor on the premises of the bus park yesterday, said Kanchanpur District Police office.

Meanwhile, police have impounded the four-wheeler while an inquest is being held over the body at the incident site.
