KATHMANDU: At least 7 persons were injured in a jeep accident at Laxminagar-6 in Doti district on Saturday.

Police said that the incident occurred after the driver lost control of the vehicle (Se 1 Ja 3118) and fell some 10 metres down the road at around 7:15 pm.

Among the injured, driver Ram Bahadur Bista of Ghanteshwor-9, Laxmi Maddhai of Saraswatinagar-5 and Champa Malla of Chatiban-2 are said to be in critical condition.

All the injured were sent to Dhangadhi for treatment.
