Nepal's coronavirus caseload reached 785,541 on Monday with 975 more people testing positive for the infection in the past 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the total coronavirus recoveries stand at 752,170 with 2,957 discharges logged today.
On the other hand, the countrywide Covid-19 mortality toll increased to 11,048 with eight more fatalities.
As per the latest data provided by the health ministry, a total of 13,817 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours of which 10,786 were PCR tests while 3,031 were antigen tests. With this, a total of 4,103,886 PCR tests have been carried out till date.
Similarly, antigen tests have confirmed 120 positive cases in the past 24 hours. The total number of single-day infections from both the RT-PCR and antigen tests amount to 1,095.
Nepal's Covid-19 recovery rate stands at 95.8 %, while the fatality rate stands at 1.4%.
The country's active Covid-19 case count currently is 22,323.
Currently, there are 264 individuals in various quarantine facilities across Nepal.
