Chief of the Kathmandu-based UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), Ian Martin, said today that the government should allow peaceful demonstrations throughout the country. Addressing a press meet organised here by the Federation of Nepalese Journalists (FNJ), Morang unit, he said whether the constitution would be changed or not was not his concern.
